We asked AI models to build the Eiffel Tower in 3D, offline. Two of them added all 72 scientists' names to it, in order, from memory. We did not expect this. Every AA-3D model got the same brief of about 200 words, on the tower's shape, lattice, platforms and lighting.

Agree on prices dropping, but launch pricing muddies it. Argon came in at $2/$10 per 1M tokens and goes to $4/$20 after Nov 30. Founders should model costs at list price, not launch price.

REMY OR LINGUINI? for those of you who have seen ratatouille, one of the great questions in the ai age: are we remy or linguini? are the humans in control of the combined entity (we are remy), or are the ai in control and we are simply the meat proxies (we are linguini)?

The biggest US bank just sent outside AI agents a clear message: not yet. JPMorgan Chase won't let third-party AI agents log into customer accounts and act on users' behalf. Agents can still access some data through open-banking connectors, but they can't move money or pay

Chase just blocked outside AI agents from moving your money. Dimon (Q3 call): no external agents inside JPMorgan — "too risky," fears "rogue agents" (could be thousands). Plain English: open-banking balance checks (e.g. Plaid) still OK. Transfers & bill pay: blocked.

In May, Anthropic co-founder Jack Clark said the one thing keeping AI from building itself was creativity. Now he says that gap is closing, and moved his timeline up a year. On Monday he wrote that full recursive self-improvement, where an AI trains a better version of itself with no human in the loop, is now more likely in 2027 than 2028.
